James M. Daigle, P.C.

The experience to know that experience matters.

Those who have been through litigation at Jamie’s side know they have a teammate who is battle tested and unflinching in the face of difficult challenges. His career as a lawyer has been focused on litigation, including stints as a judicial clerk assisting his judge in complex medical device litigation, and lawsuits between two energy titans. From there, he honed his trial skills as a prosecutor. Over the past 20 years Jamie has gone the distance in close to 200 jury trials. This level of experience is an uncommon virtue among litigators, making Jamie one of a dwindling breed of true trial lawyers.

Jamie’s clients often remark that they are glad they are not on the other side of his cases. His depths of experience allows him to focus on what is important and obtain the best result possible under each client’s unique situation. More importantly, Jamie often counsels his clients on strategies to reduce or mitigate conflicts.

Experience beyond the office: Following two summers at Officer Candidate School and graduation from college, Jamie was commissioned a 2nd Lt. in the Marines. He served in Desert Storm and then completed law school while continuing to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Battle tested? Um, yeah.
